SAFETY SALLY SAYS, Wondering why you need permits?
Some permits make sure that the laws for each zone within Sumner are being followed. For example, you can't put a high rise in a residential zone.

Through permits, the City checks on your new or changing structure to make sure it will be safe for you, your customers, your guests, your family and your neighbors.
