Sumner Municipal Court is held every Wednesday in the City Council Chambers at City Hall. 

 

Please check City Hall's calendar to plan your visit accordingly.

 

The Court follows the Sumner Municipal Court Local Rules.

  • Need information for how to attend court 

  • Would like to request access to court documents  Form to Print (PDF)

  • Need to fill out a form such as a speedy trial waiver or stipulation and order for continuance  Online option
