SUMNER POLICE DEPARTMENT EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
In the event of an emergency such as a flood or earthquake, Sumner Police work with other city officials, East Pierce Fire & Rescue, and you to ensure everyone's safety during and after the incident. However, 7000 people work in Sumner, 9000 people live here, and we have 32 individuals in our department. There is a lot you can do to be prepared and help yourself and your neighbors during emergency situations that require all of our attention.
