MAPS
The City's Geographic Information System (GIS) database contains electronic map data about various City features. This system has been used for land use analysis, environmentally sensitive areas delineation, comprehensive planning, zoning maps, 'drug-free' zone mapping around schools and public facilities, utility design, and many other projects.
Our data is generated in-house and through other jurisdictions, including Pierce County, the State of Washington, and the U.S. Government (USGS, Dept. of the Interior, Fish & Wildlife, etc.).
