PERMITS Street Obstruction/Performance Bond - $5,000 or 120% of construction cost, whichever is greater. Erosion & Sedimentation Control/Stormwater System Bond - $10,000, or equal to construction cost, whichever is greater (SMC 13.48.530).
All contractors are required to have a Certificate of Liability Insurance on file, and a City of Sumner Business License.
