Anytime City crew places stakes for sidewalk, (Ord No. 1417 Section XI) the fee for the permit shall increase 50% in addition to the regular fee for this service.

Utility permit fee (Ord No. 1416 Section II) including gas, electric, telephone, etc.  or  1% of the valuation, whichever is greater (Each resubmittal of plans is 50% of the permit cost.)
