RAINIER VIEW PARK

The newest addition to the Sumner parks system is open! This park is a fun, unique area with activities for kids of all ages. A few of the highlights include walking paths, picnic shelters and barbecue pits, a separated kids play area, a corner entry plaza, restrooms, and more.

Park's History

The final design represents the best ideas represented by over 200 participants in an extensive public process that included several design charrettes with Maple Lawn elementary school students, the Senior Center, the Community Summit, and local residents surrounding the park.
