JURY DUTY
Sumner Municipal Court does need jurors; however, since the court only handles misdemeanor crimes, trials rarely last more than one day.
Each year, the Court sends out questionnaires to establish its pool of potential jurors. If you receive one of these questionnaires, please fill it out and return it. Jury duty is a very important responsibility that gives us all the right to a trial by jury.
