PLANNING COMMISSION

The Planning Commission advises the City Council on issues related to the City's Comprehensive Plan.  The Commissioners deal with land use issues and provide input on capital facility planning and special studies related to the areas and neighborhoods within the City.

The Commission is made up of seven residents of Sumner, each of whom serve six-year terms.

The Planning Commission's regular meetings are scheduled for the first Thursday of each month at 7 pm in the City Council Chambers. Frequently, there will also be a study session on the third Thursday of the month.
